The Chongqing Institute of Green and Intelligent Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, based in Liangjiang New Area, has received a 8.67 million yuan ($1.35 million) research fund, according to an evaluation report released by the National Natural Science Foundation of China.
Located at the upper reaches of the Yangtze River, Liangjiang has made big progress in attracting talent to high-tech industries, thanks to its science and technology transformation platforms. It has also progressed in areas of scientific research, such as the 3D printing, biological recognition and garbage leachate treatment.
Chongqing Institute of Green and Intelligent Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences has established itself as a moajor talent pool in the area. It currently has a scientific research team of around 600 people.
