Chongqing Daily Newspaper Group has constructed a new creative industrial park in Liangjiang New Area in line with its aim create a platform to promote the area's cultural creative industry, according to the Liangjiang administrative committee.

Compared with the Liangjiang Advertisement Industrial Park, the Chongqing Creative Industrial Park has more comprehensive functions and facilities. Office rooms, themed restaurants and creative industrial businesses can be all found at the park.

The park is the only state-level creative industry pilot park in Chongqing municipality, according to the Liangjiang administrative committee. The park is being constructed with the view of becoming a center of cultural creative enterprises.

Statistics show that, the fully constructed industrial park will be 40,000 square meters and have the capacity to house more than 1,000 cultural creative enterprises.

"The project orientation of the park is based on Beijing’s art zone, aiming to construct a new cultural consumption landmark in Chongqing municipality," said Zhao Qinyuan, marketing director of the Chongqing Creative Industrial Park.
