Liangjiang’s business registrations peaked recently thanks to the convenient and efficient registration system.
Liangjiang launched its business registration reform on Oct 1. Application procedures were simplified and applicants can now get business licenses within three days.
"In less than two days, I got my business license," said a woman surnamed Zhang, who is opening a clothes company.
From January to October, a total of 7,915 market entities have registered in the area, with registered capital of 85.6 billion yuan ($13.5 billion).
Among these, 225 are funded by domestic capital, with 6.5 billion yuan of total registration capital , 87 are invested by foreign capital, with registered capital of $643 million.
From January to October, 4,992 private companies were registered, with 74.86 billion yuan registered capital.A total of 2611 individual businesses registered with a registered capital of 250,000 million yuan.
