The 2016 Chongqing (China) Industrial water treatment and Environment Protection Equipment Exhibition will be held from May 11 to 13 in Chongqing municipality, liangjiang.gov.cn reported.

In the meantime, the 2016 Chongqing Surface-treatment, Electroplate, and Coating Expo, the 17th Lijia International Mechanical Expo and the 2016 West China International Refrigeration Expo will also be held.

So far, over 250 companies have signed up for the exhibition in May. With an exhibition area of over 120,000 square meters, the expo is expected to attract upwards of 100,000 professional purchasers.

It will be divided into seven parts, namely gas pollution and solid waste processing equipment; industrial water treatment equipment; industrial water treatment chemical additives; membrane technology and equipment; filter pumps and pipes; industrial control systems; and laboratory equipment.

The expo hopes to offer a comprehensive and integrated solution for environmental protection.

The sponsor has also hosted some other high profile activities such as the 2016 WATEREXPO New Products and New Technology Promotional Fair and the 2014 West China Environmental Protection Industrial Fair to promote exchanges among people working in the industry.

The Chongqing International Exhibition Center is a modern smart venue integrating exhibitions, conventions, accommodation, performances and competitions.

Over 21 large scale expos have been held at the venue in 2015. Located at Yuelai Exhibition City, the venue is the biggest in West China and in the top tier in the entire country.
