Only 103 of the 400 students taking part in a three-week-long campaign aimed at reducing mobile phone use in class at Sanxia College were able to stick it out for the full 21 days.
The campaign, which began on April 12, was designed to encourage good habits among freshmen and sophomores, but most dropped out less than a week later.
