Three Liangjiang based enterprises have been listed as recommended cloud service providers in Chongqing, according to a list released by the Chongqing Commission of Economy and Information Technology.

Langchao Software (Liangjiang), Huawei Software (Liangjiang) and Shanghai Baosight Software Corporation (Liangjiang) are the listed enterprises.

The release of the list aimed to help promote the city’s cloud computing industry and, the upgrade and transformation of the traditional manufacturing industry, according to Chongqing authorities.

Among these three enterprises, the Shanghai Baosight Software Corporation aims to provide personalized cloud computing and big data services to promote the industrial transformation of enterprises in the area. Baosight is the software arm of Baosteel Group, owners of China's largest and most advanced integrated steel manufacturer Baoshan Iron and Steel Co Ltd.

At the end of December, Baosight opened a new data center at their Chongqing branch. The center integrates advanced hardware and software products from home and abroad, adhering to international cloud computing standards. The center has high-end refrigeration technology and a quakeproof and fireproof security system.
