A group of representatives from four provinces spoke highly of the development of the Chongqing Human Resource Service Industry Park in the Liangjiang New Area during their stay in Chongqing for the first Interprovincial Consultation and Cooperation Joint Conference on June 29.

The joint conference is meant to organize cooperation among Chongqing, Sichuan, Yunnan and Guizhou.

The Chongqing Human Resource Service Industry Park has embraced over 60 companies since commencing operations early this year. It is deeply involved in employment, training, assessment and outsourcing.

A high-level talent services platform has been set up to back Chongqing as a most promising talent hub.

"The Chongqing Human Resource Service Industry Park, with its large scale and full industry chain, brings in huge development potential and gives a remarkable example to other areas in southwestern China," said Xing Weidong, vice-director of the Yunnan Provincial Bureau of Human Resources Management.

The delegation also visited the Chongqing Shipping Exchange that afternoon. They were deeply impressed by juhangw.com, an e-commerce website for trading fuels and shipping products. Since it was set up half a year ago, it has been serving a number of gas stations along the Yangtze River.

"Chongqing has made a great effort in promoting influential shipping exchange," commented Dai Yongbo, deputy director of the Sichuan Development and Reform Commission.
