The Liangjiang Robot Exhibition Center has reopened for local school visits after renovations, according to the Chongqing Liangjiang Robots Leasing Co Ltd on July 18.

The center will not only gather renowned robot producers from home and abroad, but also cooperate with local robotics companies to build three to four robot production lines, providing an intuitive view about robot production for the public.

"We hope to let people know how robots are applied in industrial production through intelligent robot production lines," said the center manager.

The company has signed cooperation agreements with several robot companies to exhibit their robot production lines at the center, four of which will be set up by the end of August.

The company has invested a total of 900,000 yuan ($133,000) to purchase performance, educational and hotel service robots, and will add further investments in the future.

Located on a 5,000-square-meter plot in the Liangjiang New Area's Shuitu High-tech Industrial Park, the exhibition center has gathered 23 well-known global robotics enterprises, including Kawasaki, KUKA and Jiateng.
