The 15th China Association of Clinical Laboratory Practice Expo opened in Chongqing International Exhibition Center on March 17, and continued through to March 20.
The Expo is the annual collaborative conference for the IVD (in-vitro diagnosis) industry in China. It is an important platform to display the latest medical equipment, share experience in developing up-to-date technology, and seek investments in current and future IVD medical devices.
It's also the time for IVD enterprises to show their strengths and achievements to all interested participants.
Established in 1991, CACLP Expo is held in March every year in cities such as Chongqing, Xiamen, Xi'an, and Qingdao. It is now the largest, most professional and influential tradeshow in China that focuses on clinical laboratory and in-vitro diagnostics.
This Expo will gather more than 800 exhibitors from home and abroad, according to the organizers, Broad (Shanghai) Exhibition Business Co. Ltd. It's estimated that more than 80,000 visitors could have attended the event.
The theme of this year's expo is "Bridge, Guidepost, Link". The exhibits include medical appliances, blood analysis instruments, immunoassay instruments, clinical chemistry analysis instruments, and reagent, raw, and auxiliary materials.

To this effect, nearly 80 satellite meetings were held simultaneously to view new product launches and new technology from different companies, and to accommodate seminar-style discussion.
