During the fifth China-Russia Expo held last month, Chongqing Haifu signed a cooperation agreement with Russia Grand Medical Group to promote the application of high-intensity focused ultrasound scalpels in Russia.

Grand Medical Group is a large medical instrument company that specializes in providing medical diagnostic equipment to Russia and its neighboring countries.

In the future, it will cooperate with Haifu on technology extension and equipment development of high-intensity focused ultrasound scalpels.

Government officials from Russia visited Haifu's exhibition stand and approved of its idea of micro and non-invasive medicine after watching a presentation on high-intensity focused ultrasound therapy.

The high-intensity focused ultrasound scalpel was self-developed by Haifu and has been being exported to Russia since 2008. Medical institutions in 25 different countries have adopted the scalpel and used it to treat over 100,000 cancer patients.

With the help of the National Engineering Research Center of Ultrasound Medicine, Haifu has educated approximately 100 clinicians and popularized the clinical application of Chinese ultrasound treatment instruments worldwide.
