The AI (artificial insemination) school co-established by Liangjiang Group and Chongqing Univesity of Technology recently finished enrolment for 2018.

The school currently has three majors: electronic information science and technology, software engineering, and data science and big data technology, and it will set up an intelligent science and technology major soon.

It has a total enrollment of 307 people from 15 different provinces and cities, 200 of which are from Chongqing and were in the first group of undergraduates.

The school has 46 faculty, including 15 professors, 13 associate professors, 25 doctors and 10 doctoral supervisors.

Chongqing University of Technology will also cooperate with Liangjiang New Area to build an international AI institute, AI training center and AI science and technology innovation industry incubator, which will provide technology and talent support for the industrial development of Liangjiang.

Liangjiang is currently developing its digital industry, led by big data and AI technology, and will promote the integration of digital economy and real economy through technology application, industrial ecology, talent attraction, etc.
