A themed park featuring night scenes recently opened to the public on Nanshan Mountain in Chongqing, a city in Southwest China also surrounded by the Yangtze and Jialing rivers.
Visitors to Chongqing Night View Park can enjoy a 270-degree panorama view of the two rivers and the Yuzhong Peninsula. The park features seven themed photo spots, such as a giant bird nest, a Bali bird nest, a dream kitchen, a heart house and star bubble house.
The park attracted a lot of visitors since opening Nov 10, and some young people have even proposed at the Star bubble house, according to park staff.
John Edwards, the UK trade commissioner for China, praised Chongqing over its rise as a burgeoning center in intelligent manufacturing.
