Liangjiang New Area in Southwest China's Chongqing municipality recently held its first consumption festival. During the festival, which is ongoing, Liangjiang launched three featured tourist routes to introduce all aspects of the area to visitors.

Route 1: Liangjiang Digital Economy Industrial Park – Lijia Intelligent Park – Yuelai Exhibition City – Liangjiang Coordinate Zone

This route introduces an intelligent Liangjiang, with Chongqing's digital economy hub and internet industry cluster Liangjiang Digital Economy Industrial Park, China's first intelligent park Lijia Intelligent Park, the permanent site of Smart China Expo Yuelai Exhibition City, and the Liangjiang Coordinate Zone which focuses on the integration of industry, talent, lifestyle and the environment.

Route 2: Yuelai Riverside Park – Jinhaiwan Riverside Park – Jiuqu River Wetland Park – Dazhulin sightseeing ferry

Along the Jialing River in Liangjiang, tourists can enjoy the most beautiful river section at Yuelai Riverside Park, Jinhaiwan Riverside Park and Jiuqu River Wetland Park. Tourists can also take ferries at Dazhulin to view the confluence of Jialing River and the Yangtze River.

Route 3: Xiongpopo's Garden – Chongqing Happy Valley – Chongqing Garden Expo – Chongqing Jihua Park – Liangjiang Movie City

The recently emerged hot spot Xiongpopo's Garden is a large-scale cultural and creative park with a floral theme.

Chongqing Happy Valley is China's only Happy Valley located in a mountain area. Meanwhile, Chongqing Garden Expo is the first national garden expo in Midwest China with the collection of various domestic and international gardens.

Chongqing Jihua Park owns the largest indoor ski resort in Southwest China, and offers rock climbing, a wind tunnel and surfing. Liangjiang Movie City shows the old Chongqing during the Republic of China (1912-1949).
