The first service apartments in Southwest China's Chongqing municipality were officially opened in Liangjiang New Area on June 16.

The building is located close to Jinshan Ecool, an art center, and provides 205 rooms with a total floor space of 13,000 square meters.

There are supporting facilities such as shopping, education, medical care and entertainment in the area. The apartments also provide a boutique rental experience for tenants with the multifunctional public space, where people can exercise, do yoga, read and rest.

The apartment building is equipped with intelligent software and hardware facilities to realize smart check-in and check-out, with a face recognition entrance guard.

In addition to a kitchen, kitchenware and household electrical appliances, the apartments also provide customized services such as room service, breakfast and business services to meet the needs of tenants.
