Jinyu Suning Square, located in the retail precinct of Cuntan International New City - in the Liangjiang New Area of Southwest China's Chongqing municipality - is scheduled to reopen during the May Day holiday after major renovation work.

As the first online and offline comprehensive smart shopping center in Southwest China, the square will be home to many popular restaurants, such as Pizza Hut, KFC and local outlets.

In addition to the traditional shopping and catering areas, the upgraded center has created 32 special areas – including facilities for parent-child baking, wine tasting and e-sports.

It's expected that children will take to the revamped place, especially because the refurnished Suning Cinema has added a screening room for kids, equipped with colorful decorations and seats, 3D glasses for kids and child booster seats.
