Sub-districts in Liangjiang New Area, Southwest China's Chongqing municipality, recently established many temporary sites for nucleic acid testing and vaccination near residential communities, to make it possible for residents to do the test or receive jabs without traveling far.
Some nucleic testing sites were also set up in major business districts, and notices will be issued through WeChat groups and QQ groups.
Lijia sub-district has decided to extend its vaccine administration period on Saturday in an effort to increase uptake, and from March 17 to 19, the Xinghulu community in Tiangongdian sub-district opened five nucleic sampling sites.
Moving forward, sub-districts in Liangjiang will offer door-to-door vaccination services for residents in need.
