Li Ming, male, Hui ethnic group, was born in December 1968 in Wuhu, Anhui province. He has a bachelor's degree of laws and began working in July 1990. He joined the CPC in July 1999.
He currently serves as a member of the Chongqing Liangjiang New Area Party Work Committee and secretary of the Chongqing Liangjiang New Area Discipline Inspection Work Commission.
