Justice bureaus of the Liangjiang New Area, Nan'an district, and Yubei district in Southwest China's Chongqing municipality and Deyang city in Sichuan province, recently signed a cooperation framework contract.
Answering the call for the establishment of the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle, the four regions also unveiled a legal service work station of the Chongqing-Sichuan (Deyang) chamber of commerce.
Wang Jin, vice president of Chongqing Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce, attended the signing ceremony, and hoped the aforementioned four regions could coordinate efforts in law and order promotion, legal service resource sharing, and private economy dispute resolution, in order to better protect the market players and stabilize the economic fundamentals.
The four sides will boost cooperation and set up a coordinated work mechanism that will facilitate the integrated development of the four regions in social governance, judicial team construction, legal services and law-based government.
John Edwards, the UK trade commissioner for China, praised Chongqing over its rise as a burgeoning center in intelligent manufacturing.
