Liangjiang New Area issued the smart city construction application scenario list and software and information service enterprise capability list in a bid to clarify demand for smart city construction as well as to help the software and information market better match said demand.

The application scenario list includes 30 application scenarios in the intelligent connected vehicle (ICV) field, each of which has its own investment volume, leading unit, and person in charge. For example, the ICV safe application and service application scenario will enable vehicles to receive transport information on the road in front of it, and will involve an investment of 5.1 million yuan ($733,380), including expenditures on application scenario development, platform matching up, and network.

The software and information service enterprise capability list includes 60 kinds of service capabilities in digital twin, smart communities and big data system risk control. Enterprises possessing such capabilities, their status in the industry, related application scenarios and persons in charge were also included on the list for reference.
