Chongqing Xishan Science & Technology Co, based in Liangjiang New Area, Southwest China's Chongqing municipality, recently held its first otolaryngologic surgery training session in Russia. This national high-tech enterprise focuses on R&D, manufacturing, sales and service of minimally invasive digital surgical devices and medical consumables.
Russian professor, Sergey Kosyakov, lectured at the training session, in which 20 doctors from all parts of Russia participated.
In November, the company's Russian otolaryngologic surgical power system training center was inaugurated and was equipped with 10 otolaryngologic surgical power systems.
While listening to the lecture at the session carefully, participants were also instructed on how to use the power system, after which they communicated with each other about their practices.
The power system has been applied in 24 countries and regions in the world, including Germany, Russia and Brazil.
John Edwards, the UK trade commissioner for China, praised Chongqing over its rise as a burgeoning center in intelligent manufacturing.
