The Liangjiang Jinguo (meaning heroine in Chinese) initiative features three platforms and one workshop. Jinying Hui aims to create a female-friendly environment for career development, especially in the tech sector. Shuangcheng Hui aims to boost female contribution to the development of the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle, and will provide opportunities for women in Chongqing and Sichuan to exchange opinions and cooperate. Yueji Hui focuses on consumption growth driven by women and aims to promote the concept of resource conservation and environmental protection. The workshop will provide services in terms of mental health, family happiness and well-being, and other issues women may face.

Liangjiang Jinguo was launched to offer women better services, resources, development environment, and opportunities to achieve their ambitions, said Liu. We also expect the initiative to encourage more females to contribute to public welfare, she added.

"We welcome ideas on the slogan and IP image to represent the initiative and reflect the concept of gathering, fostering, and enabling successful women", said Liu Lingyun, chairwoman of the Liangjiang New Area Women's Federation. The adopted ideas of the slogan and IP image will be rewarded with cash, as will outstanding submissions.
