The Sichuan province and Chongqing municipality in Southwest China issued four work lists to integrate government services.

In one of these lists targeting the reform to delegate powers to lower levels of government, streamline work procedures and optimize government services, the two governments have sorted out 63 major government items in four categories – government affair handling, policy standards, scenario application, and supervision coordination.

There are 19 government items in the policy standard category, which will further the standard policy unification in taxation, intellectual property rights, public services, and testing.

The work list for the cross-regional digital scenario application has further enriched the application scenarios of electronic business licenses, electronic social security cards, electronic medical insurance certificates, and other such certificates in Chongqing and Chengdu.
